Throughout her career, Jennifer has built a reputation for delivering creative, cost-effective talent solutions for clients across Banking, Financial Services, and Pharmaceuticals—both in Switzerland and internationally. She has been instrumental in growing Swisslinx’s IT division, while also spearheading the development of the Life Sciences brand in 2012, establishing it as one of the top recruitment partners to major pharmaceutical companies for permanent placements, labour leasing, and payroll services.

Known for her hands-on leadership style, Jennifer continues to foster long-standing client relationships, oversee strategic accounts, and ensure operational excellence across every step of the recruitment lifecycle.
