For one of our clients, a leading Swiss private bank, Swisslinx is looking for a Communications Specialist to join a small team within the communications department in Zurich. As a Communications Specialist you would support various business functions in client communication and be a key business partner regarding external communication.
This would be a temporary contract for 2 years initially with the prospect of a longer-term assignment.
Your Tasks:
• Advise and support internal stakeholders in producing client communications and guide them through the production process, supporting documents, and guidelines
• Verify tone of voice and layout of client letters and related enclosures such as brochures, fact sheets, and forms according to guidelines
• Edit texts in German and English
• Coordinate translations and proofreadings with external providers, review and align language versions (EN, DE, ES, FR, and IT)
• Manage and update various client letter templates in five languages
• Maintain and update production process documentation and supporting material
• Provide Language Services team with input for terminology database and language guidelines
Your Profile:
• Min. 2 years’ working experience in (external) communication, preferably within the financial services sector
• Full fluency in English and German (one of them native) with knowledge of French, Italian, and/or Spanish
• Strong emphasis on service orientation and rapid perception
• Reliable, structured way of working with attention to detail
• High degree of flexibility and commitment
