Job description
- Support clients with digital banking and e-banking services
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional advice
- Assist with payments and day-to-day banking requests
- Resolve digital banking access and functionality issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Experience in Swiss banking or financial services
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in Swiss banking is a must
- Technology affinity and interest in digital banking
- Fluent German and English (must have)
- French, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage
- Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
