IT Test Manager

Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities across IT projects, including defining test strategies, planning and executing test cycles, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders.

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and execution approaches
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles
• Manage test environments, test data, and stakeholder alignment
• Track and manage defects, risks, and testing progress
• Provide reporting, quality assessments, and go/no-go recommendations
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong background in IT testing
• Proven experience as a Test Manager within financial services
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end test management
• Experience with core banking systems and large-scale upgrades or migrations
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Xray, and CI/CD environments
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, DevOps)
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Fluent English required
