M365 / Azure Administrator

You’ll join a global IT team responsible for maintaining and evolving the organization’s cloud-based workplace. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 and Azure, ensuring systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams across different regions, gaining exposure to enterprise-scale environments. A strong focus will be placed on data protection, access management, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced, international setting.

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Manage user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, license management) via Entra ID
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed
• Implement and manage data protection measures such as DLP, sensitivity labels, and retention policies
• Enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and support compliance and audit requirements
• Provide user support for M365-related issues and ensure a smooth user experience
• Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content
• Collaborate with global IT and security teams across different time zones
• Identify opportunities for automation using PowerShell or Power Automate

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Familiarity with identity management (Entra ID) and security best practices
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Basic PowerShell skills are a plus

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
