Job description
You’ll join a global IT team responsible for maintaining and evolving the organization’s cloud-based workplace. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 and Azure, ensuring systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams across different regions, gaining exposure to enterprise-scale environments. A strong focus will be placed on data protection, access management, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced, international setting.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Manage user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, license management) via Entra ID
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed
- Implement and manage data protection measures such as DLP, sensitivity labels, and retention policies
- Enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and support compliance and audit requirements
- Provide user support for M365-related issues and ensure a smooth user experience
- Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content
- Collaborate with global IT and security teams across different time zones
- Identify opportunities for automation using PowerShell or Power Automate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Familiarity with identity management (Entra ID) and security best practices
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Basic PowerShell skills are a plus

- Microsoft Certified: M365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
