Software Engineer (Java / Microservices)

• Proven experience as a Java software developer, ideally with solid hands-on development experience in Spring Boot and microservices
• Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD, Git, GitLab pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and test automation
• Willingness to operate and continuously improve business-critical platforms at scale
• Independent and pragmatic working style, with the ability to analyze and handle complex situations autonomously
• Resilience – able to stay calm and solve problems even in challenging situations
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases as well as Kafka (or other message brokers)
