Michiel’s career in recruitment is driven by a deep interest in people, their motivations, and the impact that the right role at the right moment can have on both individuals and organisations. Recruitment allows him to combine this curiosity with a commercial and advisory approach, creating value on both sides of the hiring process.
Over the past six years, Michiel has worked across internal and external recruitment environments, covering permanent, consulting, and contracting models. He has recruited across a wide range of seniority levels, from hands on specialists to C level positions, and across multiple industries. This broad exposure enables him to adapt quickly to new markets, roles, and client requirements.
Michiel takes a genuinely consultative approach, focusing on the wider context rather than just the role itself.
