On behalf of our client, an innovative pharmaceutical company, Swisslinx are looking for a Business Analyst for a permanent position based in Basel.
In this role you will act as the bridge between the business and the IT teams who aim to establish and maintain a global digital content platform for promotional and medical material. It is essential that you bring knowledge within pharmaceuticals to enable you to fully engage in discussions with medical and marketing colleagues focused on the promotion of drug products. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who bring knowledge in IT.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Key point of contact for all system related problems in collaboration with IT teams and software vendors
- Ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and maintenance of the systems to ensure customer satisfaction
Your skills/experience:
- 5+ years professional experience within pharmaceuticals, with 3+ years being in a similar commercial area
- Experience in managing Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Experience in system administration of Veeva Vault would be a strong asset
- Fluency in English is required, French or German is a plus
