General Information:
• Start Date: Immediate
• Latest Start Date: July 1, 2024
• Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
• Workload: Full-time (100%)
• Remote/Home Office: 40% onsite, 60% remote
• Travel: 20% within Europe
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate Agile practices, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth execution of projects.
• Collaborate with various teams to eliminate obstacles hindering project delivery.
• Establish and manage project structures, including communication, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain integrated plans to facilitate efficient team operations.
• Implement project management processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster positive team dynamics and transparent communication.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing holistic planning and risk management.
• Identify and address potential bottlenecks or delays promptly.
• Provide high-quality project information for organizational transparency.
• Coach team members and promote a collaborative environment.
Must-Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business-related fields.
• Experience with Agile development practices.
• Preferably PMP and SAFe certified.
• 7 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or related industries.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to Have:
• Ability to drive meaningful change in complex environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Emotional intelligence and ability to navigate matrix environments.
