On behalf our client in Insurance Industry, we are currently looking for a Scrum Master 80-100% to reinforce the current team bring guidance and facilitate the design and development of digital customer experiences. This is a permanent position based in Bern. The position is available as soon as possible. Hybrid (up to 2 days working from home).
Your responsibilities will include:
• Coaching teams in working in agile collaboration.
• Using your solid background and creativity to consolidate agile transition of the organization.
• Clearing and removing obstacles during the projects.
• Planning and preparing the communication plan.
• Supporting the team and motivate them to high quality results.
• Privileged partner to the Product Owner to clear product backlogs.
Your profile:
• You have a strong knowledge of scrum methodologies.
• Native or fluent in German and good knowledge of English
• At least 2-5 years experience as a Scrum Master
• Scrum certifications are big plus (PSM I, CSD, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.)
• Planning skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
