2x E-Channels Service Centre Generalist

We're currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading financial institution in Zurich. If you have experience in Swiss banking, enjoy helping clients, and have an affinity for digital banking solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Project Overview

• Zurich (Onsite)
• 100% workload
• Start: ASAP
• Contract until the end of 2026 (extension possible)

• Support clients with digital banking and e-banking services
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional advice
• Assist with payments and day-to-day banking requests
• Resolve digital banking access and functionality issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

• Experience in Swiss banking or financial services
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience in Swiss banking is a must
• Technology affinity and interest in digital banking
• Fluent German and English (must have)
• French, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage
• Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
