Stellenbeschreibung
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business transformation objectives.
- Assess organizational change impacts and define mitigation and adoption plans.
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive engagement and commitment.
- Design and deliver communication, training, and stakeholder management plans.
- Facilitate workshops, readiness assessments, and change impact analyses.
- Monitor change adoption, identify resistance, and implement corrective actions.
- Establish change management metrics and track progress against defined success criteria.
- Support leadership teams in effectively leading and communicating change.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and organizational agility.
- Ensure change initiatives are embedded and sustained following project completion.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Change Management within complex, multinational organizations.
- Strong understanding of organizational change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, digitalization, or process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring change effectiveness and adoption.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Relevant Change Management certification is a plus.
