The Dealer Assistant is part of the Institutional Client Services (ICS) team at the Banks Banking Treasury. Their key responsibility is to check and record all incoming messages from banking customers, to process customer call/notice transactions and fixed term deposits, and to manage both internal and customer queries related to these transactions. In doing so, they collaborate with ICS relationship managers, the Back Office and colleagues in the Representative Offices in the Americas and Asia and the Pacific. This role is a replacement, we are looking for an intermediate profile, with hands-on experience and willingness to carry out a quite operational role.
Anforderungen
- Processing and recording incoming SWIFT messages and customer transactions (call/notice, fixed-term deposits, FX, gold)
- Ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and within deadlines
- Managing customer queries and resolving transaction issues in collaboration with relationship managers
- Preparing daily internal and external reports
- Monitoring account funding and ensuring AML compliance
- Maintaining records, documentation, and archiving
- Supporting process improvements and participating in projects
Kompetenzen
- Experience in banking operations, treasury, or institutional client services (e.g. Dealer Assistant / Back Office)
- Strong experience with SWIFT messaging and transaction processing
- Knowledge of AML requirements and account funding checks
- Experience with deal capture systems and reporting
- Comfortable handling customer queries and operational issues
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable way of working
