In this highly responsible and varied role, you will take on a broad mix of administrative, coordination, and organisational tasks. As a key point of contact, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while providing comprehensive support to members of the Executive Board and Senior Management.
Anforderungen
- Provide administrative and organisational support to assigned Executive Board and Senior Management members.
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate appointments.
- Organise and book business travel and customer visits.
- Prepare meeting materials, create presentations, and take meeting minutes.
- Manage expense claims and expense administration.
- Organise customer events and internal company events.
- Maintain internal process databases and support projects.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle general correspondence in both German and English.
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and administrative support.
Kompetenzen
Professional Experience
- Several years of experience supporting C-level executives in an international company.
- Completed commercial/business administration training or an equivalent qualification, ideally with additional training in Executive Assistance (e.g. Executive Assistant certification).
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; French or Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
