Our client is an established and fast-growing IT staffing organisation in Zwoll.
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for a commercially oriented Finance Manager to strengthen the financial operations and support continued growth of the company.
In this role, you will act as a key business partner to senior leadership, combining hands-on financial management with strategic input. You will lead a small finance team and report directly to the Group CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning
- Analyse financial performance, including revenue, margins, and commercial results
- Coordinate reporting to Group Finance and ensure alignment with international standards
- Improve and automate financial processes and systems
- Support senior management in strategic decision-making and investments
- Manage and develop a finance team of 4 people
- Collaborate on audits and internal control processes
Profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or related field
- 4–10 years of relevant experience (e.g. Financial Controller, Business Controller, Finance Manager)
- Experience in group reporting; IFRS/US GAAP exposure is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and control processes
- Experience in a growing or private equity-backed environment is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate both strategically and operationally
- Dutch and English fluent
