KYC Operations Analyst

You will join the Wealth Management Operations team in Zurich within KYC Quality Assurance, managing key processes across client onboarding, data maintenance, and periodic KYC reviews. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments in a fast-paced role offering broad cross-functional exposure and hands-on experience.

• Manage the full KYC lifecycle, including onboarding, data maintenance, and periodic reviews.
• Oversee regulatory and FCC updates, implementing changes across local and global KYC teams.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to build effective working relationships.
• Present insights and findings to senior stakeholders, enhancing visibility across wealth management.
• Apply a risk and control mindset to identify gaps and improve processes.
• Drive process improvements to strengthen KYC operations in Zurich and globally.

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in financial services, preferably in Account Opening, Client Data Management, Client Identification / Rolling Review, or KYC Quality Assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous, control-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
