We are currently supporting a Swiss multinational private banking and financial services firm headquartered in Zurich in their search for a PMO Support / Business Analyst to join a project within Third Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience.

📍 Location: Zurich (Altstetten)

📅 Start: April 2026

📆 Duration: Until December 2026

⏳ Workload: 80–100%

🏦 Industry: Banking / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

• Write business specifications (user stories & functional specs)

• Support business-side testing and define use cases

• Create training materials for users and stakeholders

• Deliver trainings and presentations

• Provide Level 1 user support

Requirements

✔ 4–5+ years experience in PMO support, business analysis, or project coordination

✔ Experience in Third Party Risk Management, outsourcing, BCM, or operational resilience is a plus

✔ Experience with ServiceNow from a user/business perspective

✔ Strong communication and documentation skills
