• Develop, maintain and execute automated HIL test sequences and frameworks using LabVIEW.
• Plan and perform requirements-based product testing, verification and validation.
• Execute automated verification campaigns and analyse test results.
• Document test procedures, results and identified product issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Conduct structured data analysis to support technical investigations.
• Maintain and continuously improve automated test environments and frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Software Development, Hardware Development and Verification teams.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Applied Sciences or a related technical discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in product testing, verification, validation or quality engineering.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with LabVIEW and automated HIL testing.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and test-result analysis skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence.
• Very good English communication skills; German is an advantage.
• Experience with Linux is beneficial.
• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, Python or Robot Framework is an advantage.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus.
