SAP PM Support

• Role: Project Support
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
• Location: Switzerland
• Workload: 100% 

You bring a positive attitude, work carefully with data, and have a strong attention to detail. This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll be actively working with systems and processes.

Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within industrial maintenance. However, motivated junior candidates with solid SAP knowledge and some experience in industrial maintenance are also encouraged to apply.

• Conduct as-is analyses of technical assets, maintenance plans, and open work orders in SAP
• Evaluate existing maintenance plans and related SOPs
• Review safety equipment and prepare requirement overviews
• Define and standardize maintenance plans, SOPs, and system texts
• Set maintenance cycles, timelines, and effort estimates
• Clean up obsolete data and coordinate creation/deactivation of technical assets
• Create and maintain maintenance plans in SAP
• Support implementation and rollout of standardized processes across site areas 

• Experience in a regulated production environment (pharma or chemical industry)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Solid understanding of maintenance processes in production
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with complex data
• Experience with SAP (ideally S/4HANA) is a plus
• Basic project management knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with SOP creation is a plus
• Fluent German (C1) and good English skills
