Anforderungen
- Take ownership of smaller projects and change requests within a Supply Chain program environment
- Collaborate closely with IT teams including SAP support and product management
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation for managed changes
- Guide users through change processes and ensure clear stakeholder communication
- Support user training, go-live activities, hyper care, and incident coordination
- Act as the main Supply Chain point of contact for affected business units and teams
Kompetenzen
- Proven experience in project management
- SAP experience, minimum key user level
- Experience in process design and change management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
