Stellenbeschreibung

Lead and coordinate Market and Treasury Risk impacts arising from enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring end-to-end oversight across risk processes, systems, data, controls, and regulatory requirements. Act as the key liaison between business and technology teams, managing dependencies, gathering and consolidating requirements, supporting testing activities, and driving the delivery of risk-related changes while ensuring operational integrity, compliance, and alignment with programme objectives.

  • Coordinate and manage Market and Treasury Risk impacts across enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
  • Assess and oversee impacts on risk processes, systems, data, controls, and reporting environments.
  • Act as the primary liaison between risk, business, and technology stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyse, and consolidate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
  • Identify and manage cross-stream dependencies, risks, and implementation challenges.
  • Support and coordinate end-to-end testing activities to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor regulatory and control requirements, ensuring compliance throughout change initiatives.
  • Translate complex analyses into actionable insights and executive-level presentations.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, progress tracking, and solution documentation using Agile methodologies and tools.

Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in Market and Treasury Risk processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with risk data and risk management platforms such as Murex, Calypso, or similar systems.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data flows, system interfaces, and enterprise-wide process impacts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and managing dependencies.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating end-to-end testing and change delivery activities.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and accountable mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Agile delivery tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and related platforms.
  • Excellent presentation skills and full professional fluency in English.
