Senior Software Engineer (Python/Go)

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions — including contributions to open-source technologies we actively use and support
• Create, review, and implement technical design documents and RFCs to drive scalable engineering decisions
• Ensure excellent code quality through clear documentation, automated testing, and maintainable implementations
• Promote engineering best practices and act as a technical role model within the team
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and production-ready solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across development workflows, tooling, and system reliability

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, ideally within large-scale or fast-growing environments

• Strong expertise in scalable systems and modern engineering practices

• Recent hands-on development experience with Python and/or Go

• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, including usage, concepts, and operations

• Experience working with infrastructure/platform-focused business domains
