- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions — including contributions to open-source technologies we actively use and support
- Create, review, and implement technical design documents and RFCs to drive scalable engineering decisions
- Ensure excellent code quality through clear documentation, automated testing, and maintainable implementations
- Promote engineering best practices and act as a technical role model within the team
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and production-ready solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across development workflows, tooling, and system reliability
Anforderungen
- 7+ years of software engineering experience in large-scale or high-growth technology environments.
- Strong expertise in building scalable systems and applying modern engineering practices.
- Recent hands-on Python development experience, with test automation knowledge ideally using pytest.
- Experience with compute infrastructure, platforms, Kubernetes concepts/operations, and public cloud environments such as AWS.
- Proactive, solution-oriented engineer with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
