This is a delivery-critical opportunity for a hands-on Workday professional who can lead complex data migration, payroll and workforce-management integrations while coordinating internal stakeholders and an established implementation partner.
Our client is a well-established international organisation undertaking a significant transformation of its HR technology environment. The programme involves the implementation and integration of core HR, payroll and workforce-management platforms across an international stakeholder landscape.
Stellenbeschreibung
- Lead HR core, payroll and time-and-attendance data-migration activities.
- Manage data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation and reconciliation.
- Coordinate integration design, delivery and end-to-end testing.
- Review and challenge implementation-partner deliverables.
- Manage data quality, defects, dependencies and delivery risks.
- Support GDPR, information-security and data-governance controls.
- Contribute to cutover readiness and related HRIS transformation activities.
- Work with HR, payroll, technology and programme stakeholders across a hybrid international team.
Anforderungen
- Substantial experience in HRIS integration and data migration.
- Strong Workday HCM knowledge, including EIB, reporting and data conversion.
- Experience integrating HR platforms with payroll and workforce-management systems.
- Proven delivery of end-to-end integration testing with an implementation partner.
- Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation, quality and reconciliation.
- Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON and SFTP.
- Experience with a relevant integration platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft or Azure Integration Services.
- Understanding of GDPR and security controls for employee data.
- Strong stakeholder, communication and risk-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
