As one of the premier suppliers to our international banking client in Zurich, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced Training/L&D Coordinator to support HR orientated programmes within the bank. This is a 12 month project opportunity for the time being.
Partnering closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will work closely with the Training Programme Managers and Senior Managers in the coordination, planning and controlling of HR/training programmes.
Your mission:
- Coordinate and manage administrative and support for programme as well as training initiatives
- Effective organise training events and feedback sessions
- Resolve day-to-day administrative and logistical problems
- Serves as liaison and coordinate between project and senior managers, HR professionals, Learning and Development Trainers and course participants
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Assists in tracking KPI’s, risks and issues, monitor project progress and raise potential issues
- Coordinates quality control to ensure deliverables meet requirements
As the ideal candidate, you would have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a related role as Learning & Development Specialist/Training Coordinator
- Some experience working in banking/FS and good knowledge of HR/Learning & Development topics
- Very good communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders in English and German
- Affinity for working with virtual tools
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
- Enthusiastic, well organised and flexible
- Be able to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines as needed
