3x Senior Software Engineer - German

As part of an experienced Scrum team, you will design, develop and maintain complex software solutions for the Swiss financial market. You will take end-to-end ownership of features, contribute to architectural decisions, and help drive continuous improvements across development processes, software quality and technical excellence

• 4–6+ years of experience in Java software development
• Full Stack development experience with Java, JavaScript and Angular
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications within Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures and REST APIs
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Solid understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Design, develop and implement complex full stack software solutions using modern Java and web technologies
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design through deployment and production support
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and cross-functional Scrum teams
• Ensure high software quality through code reviews, automated testing and engineering best practices
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes, architecture and Agile team collaboration
