As an Actimize Compliance Engineer, you will play a key role in the modernization of the firm's Swiss Compliance Platform. You will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of Actimize-based solutions that support anti-financial crime initiatives, ensuring robust compliance controls and operational excellence across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Actimize solutions within the compliance and financial crime domain.
- Support the upgrade and enhancement of the Swiss Compliance Platform.
- Configure and optimize Actimize modules including SAM, AIS, RCM, and ActOne.
- Collaborate with compliance, technology, and business stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in a mission-critical environment.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team
Exigences
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Actimize development and implementation.
- Strong expertise across Actimize modules such as SAM, AIS, RCM, and ActOne.
- Experience working with Windows Server environments and relational databases (preferably MySQL).
- Solid understanding of compliance, financial crime prevention, AML, or regulatory technology environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with additional compliance, AML, or monitoring platforms would be considered a strong advantage.
