Data Analyst - Compliance Analytics and Transformation

• Contribute to data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver effective analytics solutions

• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation with strong attention to detail

• Evaluate and manage change requests submitted by business teams

• Perform both regular and ad-hoc analyses and reporting

• Support the design, development, validation, implementation, and monitoring of models for compliance processes and control execution

• Strong experience in the banking sector, with a focus on Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Data Scientist, ideally within a project-based environment

• Solid database programming skills (e.g., SQL)

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python

• Experience in project management and/or business analysis

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university of applied sciences in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or in Economics, Banking, or Finance
