Our client is an established and fast-growing IT staffing organisation in Zwoll.

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for a commercially oriented Finance Manager to strengthen the financial operations and support continued growth of the company.

In this role, you will act as a key business partner to senior leadership, combining hands-on financial management with strategic input. You will lead a small finance team and report directly to the Group CFO.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning
  • Analyse financial performance, including revenue, margins, and commercial results
  • Coordinate reporting to Group Finance and ensure alignment with international standards
  • Improve and automate financial processes and systems
  • Support senior management in strategic decision-making and investments
  • Manage and develop a finance team of 4 people
  • Collaborate on audits and internal control processes

Profile

 

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or related field
  • 4–10 years of relevant experience (e.g. Financial Controller, Business Controller, Finance Manager)
  • Experience in group reporting; IFRS/US GAAP exposure is a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and control processes
  • Experience in a growing or private equity-backed environment is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate both strategically and operationally
  • Dutch and English fluent
