The position involves analysing current workflows, understanding system dependencies, exploring available data sources, and defining the technical or process changes required to create a faster and more efficient corporate closing environment. The Business Analyst will contribute to system enhancements, data management improvements, and process redesign initiatives while collaborating closely with Finance, IT, and AI/automation teams.
Office presence: 4 days per week.
Description du poste
- Partner with Corporate Center finance stakeholders to analyse financial closing processes.
- Map existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
- Assess data sources and determine required system or data changes.
- Translate findings into clear technical and process improvement specifications.
- Collaborate with IT, data, AI, and delivery teams to implement solutions.
- Support process redesign initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Exigences
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and process mapping skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior management.
- Experience applying AI, robotic automation, or lean/process redesign methodologies.
- Strong technical understanding, including SAP FICO and Group Reporting.
