Scrum Master - Luxembourg

For a leading Swiss private bank, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with a strong Agile mindset to support teams in transitioning from traditional delivery to Agile ways of working here in Luxembourg (on-site).

On-site requirement: 100% first 3 months, then up to 2 days remote per week.

• Lead and coach Agile teams as a servant leader
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and quarterly planning
• Support Product Owners with backlog and prioritization
• Manage dependencies and coordinate with other teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals and requirements
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery
• Drive Agile best practices, metrics, and continuous improvement
• Support capacity planning and delivery tracking
• Act as a change agent promoting Agile transformation
• Manage projects within the Agile delivery framework

• 5+ years experience with Temenos TAP / Triple A (must-have)
• Certified Scrum Master
• Experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile environments
• Strong background in banking / financial services
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Fluent English (French is a plus)
