Description du poste
Lead and coordinate global tech transfer activities by acting as the key link between global and local teams, ensuring effective project execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of complex transfer programs.
Exigences
- Lead cross-functional, international project teams across multiple locations
- Define and manage project plans, timelines, KPIs, and deliverables
- Coordinate resources and align with global and local stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, risks, and changes to the tech transfer strategy
- Organize project reviews and technical meetings with global teams
- Maintain risk registers and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external partners
- Report project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership (Director/VP level)
- Support readiness and execution of activities at the receiving unit
Compétences
- BSc or MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or similar
- Proven experience managing large, international tech transfer or CMC projects
- Strong knowledge of tech transfer processes, ideally in large molecules
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations and with external partners
- Solid understanding of GMP, regulatory, and manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and French; Portuguese is a plus
