We are currently supporting a leading Swiss private bank in their search for a TPRM / Outsourcing Specialist to join their team in Luxembourg.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-impact risk and outsourcing function, supporting both daily operations and strategic process improvements in a regulated banking environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function
• Enhance and maintain data in a newly implemented TPRM system
• Improve data quality and consistency across processes
• Support the preparation of internal committees and governance forums
• Review and optimize processes, templates, and KPI/KRI frameworks
• Contribute to outsourcing strategy and exit planning

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in TPRM, outsourcing, or vendor risk management
• Background in financial services / banking
• Strong experience in process improvement or project delivery
• Good understanding of regulatory environments (DORA is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders
