On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing Private Equity firm based in Zug, Swisslinx is looking for a hands-on and ambitious Accountant/Controller to join a collaborative, experienced team. What You’ll Do:

·      Own and manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, fixed assets)

·      Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

·      Take the lead on VAT returns and assist with tax-related matters

·      Partner closely with senior management and external advisors (auditors, authorities, etc.)

·      Streamline and enhance internal accounting and reporting processes

·      Contribute to controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll oversight

What You Bring:

·      Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland

·      A solid educational background in finance/accounting; additional certifications (e.g. Fachausweis) are a plus

·      Strong command of Swiss accounting and tax regulations

·      Comfortable working with Excel and familiar with modern accounting/ERP systems

·      Proactive, precise, and solutions-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership

·      Excellent command of both German and English

·      CH/EU nationality or a valid working permit for Switzerland
