Senior SAP FS-CD Business Analyst

Joining a highly international team spanning Zurich, Brussels, and Cluj, where you’ll help shape our core reinsurance platform (ZIRIS). In this senior role, you’ll lead complex SAP FS-CD analysis across diverse business scenarios—passive reinsurance, active reinsurance, and multinational pooling— while partnering closely with business stakeholders and our nearshore development teams.

Your Mission

The key tasks and responsibilities will be related to both application maintenance and projects. The maintenance is required for 3 group reinsurance applications: passive reinsurance application (Loreto), international programs reinsurance (Pooling) and active reinsurance (Group Re). The project in which this person will be involved is mainly project ZRT: merge of Loreto and Group Re applications.

The main focus of the team is on the design, implementation, operation, maintenance and further development of Zurich's core reinsurance system ZIRIS besides the 2nd level user support. The internal team is mainly located in Switzerland with a secondary division in Belgium, and the developments are done by an external provider in Cluj - Romania

Your Experiences and Must-have Skills:

• 10+ years of technical skills needed for the role Deep knowledge of SAP FS-CD
• Essential experiences At least one full cycle FS-CD implementation experience
• Soft skills needed for the role Ability to work in an international context Ability to present technical topics clearly and effectively
• Language skills English fluent
