Your responsibilities:
- Analyze and simplify processes and develop relevant system requirements for HR information systems
- Your business and system analysis contributes to a clear overview of requirements
- Take on HR project responsibility yourself or work on larger projects
- Offer support and ensure the overall operational functionality of systems
- Take on internal control functions, ensure that you and your team learn from problems and continuously improve processes and systems
- Based on incoming inquiries, you create an overview of requirements for the HR IT systems
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in (business) computer science or equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years of experience in managing projects in an HR IT environment
- Experience in the implementation and support of HRIT systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow
- Experience in process analysis and process design
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, strong team player
- Implementation-oriented, flexible, hands-on personality
- German as mother tongue (C2), English fluent (B2-C1), further language skills an advantage
