On behalf of our client, a well-known international investment company, Swisslinx Middle East is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their offices in Singapore.
This person will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to members of the Investor Relationship Management team.
Support multiple relationship managers and / or product specialists at the same time.
- Arrange for meetings internally and externally with clients and other contacts.
- Perform secretarial duties that include managing the calendar and preparing travel arrangements
- Maintain information in the CRM and other system as requested by the team members, such as recording and updating client contact information, entering call notes for meetings with clients, updating client communication preferences and bank preferences etc.
- Receive and guide visiting clients, shareholders, directors and senior staff.
- Assist in preparation and coordination of various roadshows with the senior management, investment teams etc.
- Learn systems and processes used by the team and be able to respond or satisfy RM / client queries.
- Assist in the processing of KYC requirements.
To be considered for this role, you must be:
• Fluent Mandarin speaker
• Previous experience as EA in Banking or Financial services
• Someone with experience providing support to a team (more than 2 people)
• Someone who can start immediately (maximum with 1 month notice)
• Currently based in Singapore
