On behalf of our client, a major Swiss financial services company, Swisslinx are looking for a Junior IT Supporter for a long-term position based in Zurich. In this role you will be providing a wide variety of support activities focused on mainframes and applications.
Your responsibilities:
- Handling incoming tickets and escalating when necessary
- Execution and monitoring of the job processes using different tools
- Collaboration with other IT departments
Your skills/experience:
- Introductory knowledge or experience in IT Support
- Eagerness to progress your career in IT Support
- Fluency in both German and English is required
