Job description
- Conduct the logistical organisation and coordination of FSI meetings, seminars, conferences and webinars held in Switzerland and abroad (events). This includes working closely with and under the direction of FSI staff having overall responsibility for individual events; handling their logistical and administrative aspects; and communicating with speakers, participants, co-organisers and other internal and external parties involved in the organisation of events.
- Carry out administrative tasks related to the FSI policy-related publications. This includes ensuring that all documents follow BIS formatting standards and coordinating internal review and publication processes.
- Provide administrative support to FSI activities as it might be required by the FSI Chair, Deputy Chair and Head of Policy Benchmarking.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years prior secretarial/administrative experience.
- Relevant experience in event preparation including in-person, hybrid and virtual events involving stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (notably word-processing, but also spreadsheet, e-mail and presentation) and internet tools.
