Analytical Scientist

Join a motivated team of scientists working on analytical development for synthetic molecule projects — from early stages to commercialization. • Lead analytical development activities for synthetic molecules, ensuring robust control strategies for drug substances and dosage forms.
• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods (mainly HPLC and related detection techniques).
• Prepare analytical documentation to support regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance.
• Supervise and coach technicians, acting as a key point of contact for project activities.

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in analytical development within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong background in HPLC method development and various detection methods (UV, MS, fluorescence, CAD).
• Solid understanding of GMP and quality control requirements across clinical phases.
• Experience with IND/NDA documentation and impurity control strategies.
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English (German is a plus).
• Open-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
