Central Compliance Control Framework Specialist

We are looking for a motivated professional to support the Central Compliance Control Framework team on a temporary assignment. The role focuses on ensuring consistent global standards in client suitability key controls, with a strong emphasis on documentation and project coordination.

• Review and harmonise key controls across international locations to align with global compliance standards
• Identify deviations, track remediation actions, and ensure proper follow-up
• Provide project management support, including preparing documentation, consolidating feedback, and maintaining accurate records
• Organise meetings, prepare minutes, and support administrative tasks

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Risk Management or Compliance
• Basic understanding of investor protection and client suitability topics
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are an advantage
