Job description

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support the company’s growing client base. This role serves as a key coordination hub for office operations and customer support. It delivers high-quality service to customers of packaging while maintaining the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.

In this position, you will coordinate closely with production, logistics, and internal teams to proactively resolve issues and maintain strong customer communication. A key aspect of the role is serving as a central contributor to the implementation and rollout of the new SAP ERP system - supporting workflow design, data migration, testing, and acting as a primary internal resource after go-live. You will remain up to date on product and market developments, assist sales and management with reporting and documentation, and ensure the office operates smoothly through a range of administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with strong command of English, both written and spoken, additional languages a plus.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, SAP is essential, experience with implementation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and resolve problems effectively.
  • Previous experience managing international order processing and fulfillment within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Background in the packaging industry (flexible or Aluminium) is a plus.
