Finance Transformation Manager

Zurich | 100% | Start: Mid Jan 2026

We are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to drive high-impact initiatives shaping the future of our Finance function. In this 3-month trial-to-hire role, you will lead end-to-end transformation projects, redesign core processes, and influence strategic decision-making across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full lifecycle finance transformation projects (design → implementation).
• Optimize processes across Plan-to-Perform and Record-to-Report.
• Manage stakeholders across Finance, Business Units, IT, and vendors.
• Execute effective change management and deliver user training.

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in finance transformation and project delivery.
• Deep understanding of finance operating models, reporting, budgeting & forecasting.
• Strong project management skills (Waterfall/Agile).
• Experience with SAP S/4 and modern FP&A technologies (analytics, AI, automation).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
