Findur Developer

.

We're looking for an experienced developer that will work in a team to implement solutions around Findur to meet the needs of stakeholders. The engineer needs to communicate directly with front to back business users to validate requirements and testing.

The perfect candidate is an experienced Developer, ideally with Findur or a similar treasury/trade management system experience with the ability to work across teams, understand business requirements, and make suggestions to improve and change processes. 

·      Around eight years' development experience, ideally with a focus on enterprise software development. (****)

·      Strong hands-on experience with the following technologies (****):

• Must have: Openlink Open Components JVS, Java /.Net 8, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Good to have: Apache Kafka (Cloudera), Kubernetes (OpenShift)
• Nice to have: ArgoCD, Azure Devops and/or GitHub enterprise CI/CD

·      Solid level of exposure in financial instruments, trade life cycle and operations.

·      Business process modelling/implementation.

Interpersonal skills:

·      A passion for clean code, software craftsmanship and automated testing and the ability to impart this knowledge to others.

·      Excellent presentation skills, as well as oral and written English

·      Ability to take the initiative and organize own work; flexibility; service orientation.

·      Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis approach

·      An open mind: someone who will enjoy the exposure to different experts and areas working in an international environment

Nice to have:

·      A university-level degree in information management, computer science or related field

·      Experience with the secure software development lifecycle
