GPS Project Delivery Manager for ROC Core

Our client is a leading private bank in Switzerland, is currently looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support operational change within a trading environment. The role focuses on managing run-the-operations (ROC) changes, acting as a key interface between business and IT, and ensuring stable delivery of live systems. 

• Act as a gatekeeper for ROC Core change requests between business and IT
• Manage and maintain the ROC book of work and delivery roadmap
• Coordinate front-to-back changes across trading, operations, and finance
• Oversee delivery tracking, dependencies, risks, and milestones
• Coordinate testing activities (UAT, E2E) and cutover planning
• Support migration and go-live activities in a live trading environment
• Work closely with product owners, SMEs, developers, and operations teams 

• Strong experience in ROC / Run-the-Operations or BAU change in banking
• Solid knowledge of front-to-back trading processes
• Experience with OTC and/or structured products
• Proven project or delivery management experience in a trading environment
• Hands-on experience with change, release, testing, and cutover coordination
• Comfortable working between business and IT stakeholders
• Experience working in agile environments (SAFe is a plus)
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
