About the client
We’re looking for an experienced PMO Manager to support a large-scale AI transformation programme within the Insurance / Reinsurance sector.
Job description
- Support day-to-day PMO operations, acting as a single source of truth for plans, status, risks, and dependencies
- Maintain integrated programme planning and support dependency, risk, and issue management
- Prepare high-quality governance, reporting, and decision materials for senior stakeholders
- Support financial tracking, forecasting, and benefits monitoring in collaboration with Finance
- Work closely with workstream leads, providing delivery support and constructive challenge
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in PMO, programme, or project management within large transformation initiatives
- Strong hands-on delivery mindset with excellent PowerPoint and reporting skills
- Solid knowledge of project and programme management methodologies
- Confident stakeholder manager, pragmatic, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment
