The Role
We are looking for a Programme Manager to help plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of projects. This is a permanent position, open to candidates who prefer either part-time or full-time work.
The Programme Manager will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects run smoothly, are well-organised, and delivered on time. You will play an important role in shaping programmes and making sure they meet the organisation’s goals and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and service providers in Switzerland and abroad.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and project quality.
- Work with colleagues and external specialists to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support the organisation in developing and maintaining a strong identity and reputation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing projects or programmes, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with external suppliers and partners.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Interest in the non-profit sector and in creating positive impact.
