Rust Software Engineer

For our client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an experienced Software Engineer (Rust) to support the development of high-quality, reliable software solutions in a regulated, international environment. You will work in a cross-functional team contributing to systems that have a direct impact on diagnostics and patient care.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend software solutions using Rust
• Contribute to high-quality, reliable, and compliant software for regulated environments
• Work with modern architectures such as async services, event-driven systems, and containerized applications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and continuous improvement

• Strong hands-on experience with Rust (production-level)
• Solid background in backend or systems software engineering
• Experience with async programming, modern architectures, and clean code practices
• Familiarity with containers and CI/CD is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• English is mandatory, German is a plus
