Senior Procurement Specialist

We’re hiring a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead indirect procurement across Technology, Logistics, Professional Services, and MRO, with a strong focus on company carve-outs and divestments. You’ll drive smooth supplier transitions, strong contracts, and cost optimization during and after separation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement support for carve-out/divestment phases: due diligence, planning, execution, post-close stabilization
• Run strategic sourcing and supplier selection across indirect categories
• Own vendor management: performance, governance, and compliance
• Lead contract negotiation and management with Legal and stakeholders
• Deliver cost savings and process improvements
• Identify and mitigate supplier/contract/compliance risks
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Quality, Operations/MRO and others
• Track and report KPIs, spend, and outcomes

Requirements

• 7–10 years in indirect procurement
• 3–5 years in carve-outs/divestments (planning + execution)
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, change-heavy environments
• Degree in Business/Supply Chain/IT (certs like CIPS/CPSM a plus)
• Strong Excel/MS Office; experience with procurement tools/ERP
