Site and Internal Communications Specialist

Location: Baar, Switzerland

Contract duration: 01.01.2026- 31.12.2026

Reports to: International Corporate Communications Lead

We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and highly organized Site & Internal Communications Specialist to help shape the employee experience at our International Headquarters in Baar and across our Europe and Intercontinental regions. In this role, you’ll craft compelling stories, strengthen culture and engagement, and ensure employees feel connected to our mission and strategic priorities.

What You’ll DoSite Communications – Baar International HQ (50%)

• Develop and execute the internal communications strategy for the Baar site.
• Work closely with site leadership and HR to communicate key priorities and engagement initiatives.
• Produce written and multimedia content that informs and inspires employees.
• Plan and manage internal events, including town halls and site-wide meetings.
• Maintain local communication channels and track the effectiveness of communications.

Internal Communications – International Regions (50%)

• Support internal communications across Europe and Intercontinental regions.
• Manage a dynamic content calendar aligned with corporate and regional goals.
• Create global communications content—articles, videos, presentations, and more.
• Maintain and update regional intranet pages and communication platforms.
• Support virtual events, leadership communications, and regional storytelling.
• Collaborate with affiliate teams to surface and share impactful local stories.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate affairs, or similar roles.
• Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
• Experience developing multimedia content; video or graphic design skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and event-management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams, cultures, and geographies.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
